Kiss a Carrot Top Poster

What evil mind started the international kick a carrot top day? The kiss version is way more fun, obviously. Just like carrots in general. They are the prettiest color orange, the perfect snack, and oh so great for your eyesight ;). 

Les Bouquinistes art posters represent the seasons and all things delicious. Inspiration was drawn from old botanical prints purchased from booksellers along the Seine in Paris. We use an overlay method that combines old and new, bringing the yesteryear to the present. The original prints date back to somewhere around 1850 (no we did not deface any originals if that’s what you were wondering). This project features twelve representations of different plants, fruits, or vegetables that each flourishes during a corresponding month in the year somewhere in the world. The project was begun in 2019 and launched in 2022 one of the first Like Yesterday collections on the market.
