Like Yesterday VOF
These are our terms and conditions. These are, along with the references they contain, applicable to any agreement that we conclude with you. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us via info@likeyesterdaydesigns.com. You can also reach us at phone number +31(0)6-232660006.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. You agree that always the latest version of these terms and conditions on our agreement will apply.
Article 1 - Products
We sell wallpaper and posters.
Article 2 - Payments
The (total) price of the products is indicated on our webshop. You can pay on our webshop with iDeal, credit card and Klarna. We will not process your order until we have received a payment authorisation. If you are using Klarna, other terms may apply. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Article 3 - Delivery
We ship our products from the Netherlands with either PostNL, FedEx or UPS. You will be notified via email when your package is on its way and be able to track its progress. Shipping time estimates are 1 to 3 working days for domestic delivery, 2 to 5 working days for EU deliveries and up to 10 working days for international deliveries. Please note that our products are made to order and therefore will not be ready to be shipped immediately after ordering. If you order from the Netherlands your package will be with you within 1 to 2 weeks, for EU orders within 2 to 3 weeks and for orders outside of the EU within 3 to 4 weeks.

To our friends abroad, you are responsible for any local taxes and duties. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged custom fees or duties. The cost of the return shipment is paid by the customer.
Article 4 - Returns
If your product is eligible, you may always return it within 14 days after you have received it. Please send an email to info@likeyesterdaydesigns.com. When we have received the product and the product is in original condition and in the original packaging, we will refund the full purchase price as soon as possible. The shipping costs for returns are for your account. During the period you have to consider whether you want to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging with care.
Wallpaper products are excluded from the return policy and cannot be returned.
Article 5 - Liability
We are not liable for damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if that damage was caused by our intent, this refers to mistakes in the design or damage that has occurred during transport. Your right to compensation will in any case be the maximum amount of the ordered and paid amount.
Article 5.1 - Checking wallpaper products
Before installing wallpaper on the wall, the products always need to be checked for mistakes and damages. In case of a mistake for which Like Yesterday is responsible, we will recover this and send new wallpaper as soon as possible. Like Yesterday cannot take any responsibility for costs regarding a paid wallpaper service. Mistakes and damages always need to be photographed.
Article 6 - Privacy Policy
We protect your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (AVG). You can consult our Privacy policy for more information.
Article 7 - Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights (such as copyrights, logos, illustrations, wordmarks) on our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property. Your use may not infringe this.
Article 8 - Complaints
If you have a complaint about the implementation of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as quickly as possible (and as fully described as possible) to info@likeyesterdaydesigns.com. In case you have a complaint about a mistake in the design or about any damages, always attach photos to your email. We will handle your complaint as quickly as possible. If it takes longer to settle the complaint, we will let you know when you can expect a substantive reply. If we cannot resolve the complaint with each other, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute settlement.
Article 9 - Dispute Settlement
- Dutch laws apply to these terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you.
In the event of a dispute, the judge of Amsterdam is authorised.
